The Palestinian Bar Association issued a position paper regarding Palestinian detainees held by the occupation, aiming to shed light on the cases of detention and the fate of hundreds of detainees, including lawyers, after October 7th. The Bar Association holds the occupying power responsible for the safety and health of the detainees in light of the policies of torture, denial of rights, and inhumane treatment suffered by Palestinian detainees in Israeli occupation prisons.
